Its good to get reports from rarely visited parts of Hong Kong.
Is this the Ko Lau Wan that is close to Tap Mun in Sai Kung?

Yes, Mike. I think you're right. Ko Lau Wan is that remoted fishing village in Sai Kung Peninsula! 3551d16c4689445

There is ferry from Wong Shek Pier through Ko Lau Wan to Tap Mun.
