Dusky warbler
The Avifauna describes the habitat for Dusky warbler as "a distinct preference for vegetation close to water.....and distinctly rare in shrubland and woodland habitat". SInce we moved to our new house I have seen Dusky warbler frequently in the vegetation beside the road going up to Wong Chuk Yeung and this is decidedly closer to shrubland and woodland than it is to water. But here they also seem to like lawns. We have a small private garden and a larger communal garden. Dusky warbler frequents both. As evidence, here is an image, taken through the glass window, of a Dusky warbler just outside our dining room.

And its now a regular, coming within a few feet of the dining room window. Even the dog doesn't faze it.
