Oriental Honey Buzzard should have a smaller, weaker-looking head.
I think this is a Bonelli's Eagle; an immature as shown in this fine shot from a few months ago on this forum :

They are indeed very similar. This is something that I have not realised before. I go with John that this is Bonelli's. I also think that the bird labelled as Oriental Honey Buzzard in the new Photoguide is indeed Oriental Honey Buzzard.

Are there any differences in tail-bars pattern between Oriental Honey Buzzard and juvenile Bonelli's Eagle?
