The first bird is not a Relict Gull, but I'll leave it to the gull experts to say what it is.
The second may have quite a bit of Vega Gull in it, on the basis of entirely pale underwings and pink feet, but needs a good wash!

The first bird looks like a 1y heuglini-type.
The second is still in primary moult, which indicates significant heuglini influence. Certainly not a 'pure' vegae.
