Works at Kam Tin Buffalo Field 水牛田有工程
在西鐵上看見錦田水牛田上有挖泥機工作，不知是甚麼工程，而且發覺該處好像多了幾條泥路。這是在紅圈附近的位置。
[color=blue]Saw some excavating machines from from the West Rail, and it appears a few new paths have been created. What type of works could it be?[/color]

而且有繼續堆填的趨勢
是合法還是非法呢？

The works have been going on in this area for some time - some of the vegetation has been cleared and wet areas have been filled. It is not related to West Rail but apart from that I do not know what is going on.
Also of concern at KT at the moment, there now seem to be NO buffalo around the buffalo fields!

these work is working inside the wall, it may not easily found it on the ground.
