is first & third image #1959b, #2014b the dark-sided flycatcher ?
and the second image #1969b the Asian Brown flycatcher?

Yes, the first and third photo are DS Flycatcher.
but is the second photo the same bird? It looks more like an Asian Brown Flycatcher.

Gary, no-one has suggested that these are the same bird. Walter suggested, in fact, that the second bird is Asian Brown - and everyone so far has also come to that conclusion.
