I have officially retired from the HKBWS board of director and executive committee. I will still help HKBWS on request and other minor regular activities, such as outings.

I wish to thank many many people, who have worked to make HKBWS a very strong organization in the past few years.

May we members know what is the date for the Inauguration Ceremony of the new Board and Executive Committee cum Thank You ceremony to Dr H F Cheung.  We would like to diarize the date so as not to miss it.  Many thanks.

It is shocked to know Fai Gor retired......You are still too "Young" to retire!

The Same Message has been posted under Tai Po Kau Outing on 21 Nov , Those who had registered for the lunch reminded me to post it under this thread again.  Thank you very much indeed for the kind reminder.

我們有十個鳥友將會在十一月廿一日大埔滘觀鳥活動後設午宴於中文大學聯合書院教職員餐廳，以表揚浩輝主席對鳥會之貢獻，亦作為我等鳥友為浩輝主席而設之謝師宴。歡迎各鳥友參与，費用為港幣100，任何盈餘將撥作鳥會會員福利金，有與趣者請於十一月十五日前P.M.與我，好作安排。

Ten of us members would organise a lunch after the Tai Po Kau Outing for Dr H F Cheung in appreciation of his great contribution towards HKBWS.  It will also serve as a "Thanking Teacher Lunch" to express our gratitude towards his teaching and guidance provided in the past years.  Details of lunch as follows:

Date: 21 Nov 2010 (Sun)
Time: 1:15pm
Venue: Staff Canteen, United College, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin
Fee: HKD100 per head, any surplus will serve as member welfare fund for HKBWS
