Wow, so many interesting pipits at Pui O. I wish we could see the breast. Nonetheless the shape, back and head look perfect for Upland Pipit. I don't expect Upland Pipit at Pui O though.

i think this is a normal red-throated pipit.

Bill is wrong shape for Upland - looks perfectly plausibly a Red-throated.
