Younger version of Red-breasted Flycatcher?
Sorry I'm not very good with bird ID's.... this one appeared in the early evening....... did hear a completely different call but may not have been the same bird as I was too busy pouring scalding hot coffee over my foot and have since had it immersed in ice water... I'm not functioning well today.. is the pollution

I would say this one is difficult. There does appear to be some paleness to the base of the lower mandible but I think for this one we need to see the uppertail coverts. Hope it comes back.
