鵲鷂??
16-11-2011 今日米埔拍下的,
看過鳥鑑, 除了面形有差異外,
很多特徵都像鵲鷂, 有勞代為確認3551cry445

This is a Harrier with a somewhat non-typical plumage. With all the bars on the flight feathers and tail, I think this is female Eastern Marsh Harrier.
