Newbie with Bird ID question 02-07-11
HI ,
I see this rather small bird in the trees recently
- Almost metallic green on top
- 2-3 inches in length
- Reminds me of a woodpecker in it motions, clings to the tree side ways. Pecks at trees bark.
I have been looking in books and online but no success. 3551a50445 Any leads would be appreciated .

Look for photos of Fork-tailed Sunbird.
