西雙版納植物園的動向:

佷高興得悉中國科學院西雙版納熱帶植物園獲得香港觀鳥會資助進行鳥類保育及教育工作。我們去年曾到訪植物園，得到園內環境教育組代組長王西敏先生(風入松)及其同事的熱情接待，致使我們不惜工本，多留數天。皇天不負，我們看到中國其他地方罕見鳥种，對金腰燕及斑腰燕的分別，、略有領悟。
