I agree it looks like a Pale-legged Leaf Warbler. Any chance it was singing?

I don't think this bird is singing. I think the bill is open because the bird appears to be swallowing a large insect.

I didn't mean to imply it was singing in the photo. Potentially this species could sing during spring migration and I would be quite interested to hear one.
