消防處協助保護燕巢 Fire Service Dept. help to save swift nest

[size=3]由於在近年的燕巢調查中，燕子研究組發現有部份消防局的喉架上，有小白腰雨燕在其簷口位置築巢。燕子研究組於上星期去信希望消防處可以幫忙協助保護局內喉架上的燕巢。很高興！消防處很快便作地正面的回覆。燕子研究組為消防處願對燕巢保育作出承諾表示衷心感謝！

今日上到鳥會辦事處才知道建築署寄了一封信給我，
承諾協助保護消防局的燕巢，總算一個好開始，
希望日後可以繼續為燕子及其他偏好在建築物築巢的雀鳥爭取到更多的保護。
在此衷心多謝各位義工及鳥友一直以來的支持及幫忙！
