Sparrowhawk Id - Tokyo area

Same time as previous post (Tokyo area, Dec 2009). Is it a Japanese Sparrowhawk?

The first photo shows six fingers and seems to show a rather pronounced supercilium. I vote for Eurasian Sparrowhawk.

Ther may be some variability according to subspecies, but probably more difference related to sex. Male raptors are usually much smaller than females. Compared to the crow, I don't think this bird is as small as Japanese - I agree with Eurasian.
