應該是短咀山椒鳥 Short-Billed Minivet ， 咀短，喉黃， 黑眼線長至咀！

The first photo shows the (yellow) tertial marks that are diagnostic of Scarlet Minivet.
Also, the bill is typical of Scarlet in terms of size.

The yellow tips to the secondaries are a useful clue here, showing that this bird is a female Scarlet Minivet.
I suspect the bill is too large for Short-billed Minivet as well!
