This is Green Sandpiper [i]Tringa ochropus[/i]. Marsh Sandpiper is taller, slimmer, more delicate-looking than other sandpipers. Also, the regular sandpipers at Long Valley = Wood sandpiper, Green Sandpiper & Common Sandpiper. Marsh Sandpiper is uncommon there.
