ID Please (Besra)

The upper tail cannot be seen, but this is probably a Besra.  The presence of a clearly dark stripe on the throat is a good feature.

Thanks a lot for the ID.

Then this one should also be the same (Besra).

The broad pale tail bars, obviously broader than the dark bars, and the dark brown upper chest streaks (rather than blackish) suggest this is Japanese Sparrowhawk.
