I agree, Red-backed Shrike on basis of long primary projecion, slender bill, rufous upperparts, extensive retained juvenile feathering, clear white fringe to outer tail feathers, rather square cut tail, very white underparts with balckish scaling on flanks, and well defined super.
This would be the third HK record.
