過往的「香港鳥類報告」只以印刷書刊的形式推出，基於減少耗用地球資源及會員的要求，本會將於下期的《香港鳥類報告2011》開始推出「電子版」(PDF檔)，會員可按其需要選擇收取「印刷版」或「電子版」。
香港鳥類報告只向以下四類會員派發：全費個人會員、全費海外會員、榮譽會員及機構會員。 (香港鳥類報告的派發不適用於附屬會員、學生會員及長者會員)
請下載附件填妥回條並以下列方法通知本會(訂閱印刷版會員通訊的會員，回條已隨會訊郵遞給你)：[/size][/align][align=left][size=3]
1. 「郵寄」：本會辦事處地址 - 香港九龍油麻地彌敦道480號鴻寶商業大廈14樓
2. 「傳真」：本會傳真號碼 - 2314 3687 (只適用於辦公時間)

如在2012年11月15日前沒有收到你的通知，本會仍會郵寄《印刷版》給你。

[b][size=4]Hong Kong Bird Report 2011 ~ Digital Copy[/size]
[/align][/b][size=3][/size][align=left][size=3]Dear Members
“Hong Kong Bird Report” used to be available in printed copy only for all the past publications. With a view to consuming less resources of the Earth and being requested by members, we are going to launch an optional digital copy, in PDF format, starting from our next publication “Hong Kong Bird Report 2011”. Members may now opt to receive either printed or digital copy.
Only the following four member types are entitled to the “Hong Kong Bird Report”: Local & Oversea Individual Member who are paying full subscription fee, Honorary Member and Corporate Member. (Family member, student member & senior member are not entitled.)
Please indicate your preference by returning the reply slip in the attachment in one of the following ways (Members who subscribe for printed version of Bulletin will recieve a hard copy of this reply slip together with the latest Bulletin) :
1. By POST to our office address at 14/F, Ruby Commercial Building, 480 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.
2. By FAX at 2314 3687 (available during office hours only)
3. By EMAIL to membership @ hkbws.org.hk (please delete spaces)[/size][/align][align=left][size=3]
If we do not hear from you before 15 November, 2012, we will assume your choice to be printed copy.
