2012-13冬季彩環黑臉琵鷺報告 Ringed BFS reports

Dear birdwatchers,

Wintering Black-faced Spoonbills are returning to the Deep Bay area. Some birds are fitted with colour rings on their legs and sightings of these colour-ringed BFS are very important for understanding their movement and home range. If you encounter any of these ringed BFS, please report the bird with information of the position ('above' or 'below' the ankle, left or right leg) and colour (Blue, Green, Red, Yellow, White, etc) of the ring(s).

You could post the information here, or better you can register at our online database (HKBWS Ringed BFS Record System) and enter your sightings into it:
