There are two very distinct wing bars and the lateral crown stripe and eyestripe are olive-green rather than black. This suggests that it is a Goodson's Leaf Warbler.

I also go for Hartert's Leaf Warbler (Goodson's Leaf Warbler)

Are there any more pictures?
To me the bird seems fairly small-billed and small-headed for a Goodson's, and the central crown stripe seems very well marked, especially at the front.
