Canon Body
hi there
I am currently using 1D4 and 5D3 with 800mm 5.6. I use the 1D4 as the main birding body but when there focal length isn't too much of an issue and that the birds are not jumping around too much, I like to use the 5D3 as it offers better quality pictures.
I also do a bit of cityscape and landscape but not half as much as i do birding..
My question is;
Should i sell off 1D4 and/or 5D3 and upgrade to 1Dx?
And if so .. roughly how much can i expect for the 1D4 and 5D3 please?
Thanks in advance ..

I'd say your present combo, 1D4 & 5D3, is good enough for your subjects.
If you shoot mainly action such as bird inflight and you have the budget then you won't regret moving to 1Dx for sure.

thank you for the feedback, .. i am quite aware of the functions of the upgrade, it is more a case of financials, since i am a non-chinese reader, it is difficult for me to find the prices from websites like www.dcfever.com etc ..

if you need faster response , 1dx is a must , like a monster compare with 1dIV and 5D3.
however, if you need a good picture quality for small and far little bird, then i think 1dx is not the best choice since it only have 18 mega pixel.
I am 1dIV user, is happy at this moment.
