it looks like a very worn Yellow-browed Warbler.

我不認為是黃眉柳鶯 (yellow browed warbler)，因牠的三級飛羽並沒有淡色邊緣 (i.e. no plae edges to tertials)。
以我對柳鶯的有限知識，我會選極北柳鶯 (artic warbler), 因為牠第二條翼帶不太明顯，摺合的翼有淡色邊緣，而旦四月及五月也會有可能出現。 tpluk

Bare part colours and greenish tones to mantle support Yellow-browed Warbler rather than Hume's.

I found it size is bigger than Yellow-Browed Warbler

Size can be deceptive and difficult to judge in the field. The plumage features point to Yellow-browed - pale fringes to tertials (albeit very worn) and dark base to secondaries. These features rule out other Phylloscopus, such as Greenish or Arctic Warblers
