Do you have place and date of the photo?

I would say Richard's Pipit. I remember the shape of black in the coverts is a useful field mark. Blyth's will be more round, and Richard's more pointed.

I would say that the date and place in English would help a lot to put a name on this bird...something on the tertials that only this species shows is of good help...

The pattern of the coverts is a feature that applies to adult birds only I think. I'm not sure about the differences in younger birds.
This bird appears to be a juvenile, given the heavy streaking above and the very fresh plumage. I don't know about how to separate the juveniles of these two species, but on the basis of range I think this should be a Richard's Pipit (I don't think Blyth's breeds in the area).

Collins Field Guide gives similar id field mark for both 1st year and adult based on medium covert pattern. I am now pretty sure that this is a Richard's Pipit.
