Bird ID - A Besra?

Saw this bird few days ago at Kowloon Park.
Looks like a Besra, but not 100% sure.
Can anyone confirm the ID of this bird?

yeah sorry for my wrong identification. i'm new to bird photography so a besra and a crested goshawk looks quite similar to me.

最大分別係體型，鳳頭身較肥脹，松雀就較纖細

I was only looking at its fur, color, beaks, claws and didn't pay much attention to its size.

Looks like the same bird was still there at Kowloon Park on 30 June 2013.

Is it possible to change the title to Crested Goshawk so that it comes up in searches for that species?
