國際自然保護聯盟(IUCN)在9月4日正式將黃胸鵐提升至瀕危級別，今天(9月5日) 剛好在塱原記錄到本遷徒季第一隻黃胸鵐。

Yesterday (4 Sep) IUCN has formally up-listed Yellow-breasted Bunting to Endangered. This morning, we recorded the first Yellow-breasted Bunting of the migratory season in Long Valley.

Black-faced bunting 灰頭鵐 (sordida) female
I saw one Black-faced bunting 灰頭鵐 (sordida) female in LV on 16 Nov 2013 around 16:00.

[size=4]「數數鵐」活動於11月底結束，今年秋季記錄到9種鵐，包括灰頭鵐、黑頭鵐、栗鵐、栗耳鵐、鳳頭鵐、小鵐、田鵐、黃胸鵐和黃眉鵐。很可惜，整個秋季黃胸鵐的數量都偏低，塱原雀鳥調查最高只記錄到7隻黃胸鵐，希望這只是自然波幅，明年的數字會回復過來。
“The Big Bunting” is finished by the end of November. This year, we have recorded 9 bunting species, including Black-faced, Black-headed, Chestnut, Chestnut-eared, Crested, Little, Rustic, Yellow-breasted and Yellow-browed Bunting.
Unfortunately, the number of Yellow-breasted Bunting was low throughout the Autumn. The maximum number of Yellow-breasted Bunting recorded in our regular survey is only 7 individuals. We hope this is only due to natural fluctuation, the number will rise again next year.[/size]
