Mystery raptor
Looks good for Mountain Hawk Eagle (Nisaetus nipalensis) to me, and -if so- a VERY good record !

This picture is fairly similar. Also this picture.
Fantastic bird, well done! Glad John knew what it was as I was at a loss.

I was just wondering - the Tai Po Kau bird shows 6 primary "fingers". The picture in Subbuteo's first link above shows 7 primary "fingers".
Is perhaps 6 primary "fingers" more indicative of Oriental Honey-buzzard?

I incline to think it's a honey-buzzard.
First, the wing's not wide enough in mide part of wing.
The bill and head too small for a hawk eagle. The shape of the bill also typical of a buzzard's.

Dylan and Dave, - Thanks for the links.... I take your point, Dave, about the number of primary "fingers" and, Mr TAI I note your comments, too.
I think that the underparts on the bird in the photo look quite heavily barred on wings and tail, and the structure, to me, seems right for a larger bird.
But OHB is statistically more likely, if we have a shot showing the pair of bars near the base of the tail, that should nail the ID...
HUNG... do you have any more photos of this bird ?

I'm sorry that I only got 1 photo on it

I think if you zoom in on the photo in the first post, you can see the tail pattern of an Oriental Honey-buzzard, with bars towards the base and at the tip, and a large pale space between. Overall similar to this bird:
