Maybe a Dusky Warbler. The song is a monotonous whistle, and the call is a harsh[color=Blue] [size=2]check[/size][/color]. The call is often the first clue that this typically skulking species is present, away from the breeding grounds and no white bar on the wing. Is that fulfill the criteria?
