會唔會係小山椒鳥呢 (Whether it would be a Swinhoe's Minivet)?

I would say it looks good for Swinhoe's Minivet- the guide here is good for splitting the two.

In favour of yours being a Swinhoe's...
-thick supercilium extending to behind the eye
-thin loral line barely extends over the forehead
-underparts washed pinkish brown (although not very strong on this one)

The birds that I saw through November in Lam Tsuen had much darker underparts with a pinkish tinge.  This one appears similar but with much lighter coloration.
