Yes, both juveniles, the second bird is a very dark individual though.

Thank you Ipaul . So, they are classified as Pied Harrier because:-
1. barred wings + tail + white rump;
2. the P2-4 (and esp P2-3) of Pied are more equal in length.
Is it correct?

當日見到4 隻 Harriers, 呢排都好多, 要再去睇吓!
