Bunting ?
Not Black-[b]faced[/b] Bunting [i](Emberiza spodocephala)[/i] but either Black-headed [i](E. melanocephala)[/i] or Red-headed bunting [i](E bruniceps)[/i].
Of these last two, I'm not sure which.

Seems more like Black-headed than Red-headed.
