I THINK it's a Besra in fact, and the prey item is certainly a prinia, perhaps Plain?

Indeed, a male Besra but the prinia looks like Yellow-bellied to me!

Looking at it on a different monitor at work now, the prinia does indeed look yellow on the belly, but then again the Besra's legs and eye look luminous orange!
