Black-headed Bunting
Photographed on 15 Nov 2014 in LV. I think the upper two photos and the lower two photos recorded two differnt individuals as they were photographed in different locations in LV. The upper two photos recorded one that was found in the morning and the lower two were in the afternoon. Their markings on the breast were differnt too.

Great photos but I think these are all the same bird. the first two and the last two photos both show the moult in the wing in that all the median coverts, two inner greater covert and the smallest tertial are all replaced. I think it highly unlikely that two birds would show this same moult pattern
