the C-ring isn't very clear but looks good to be a citrine ..

Yes, definitely a Citrine, I find that looking at the paler back colours and pale ear coverts is sometimes more reliable then the "C-ring", the overall impression will be a very pale headed bird, Yellow Wagtails have a very solid ear covert.
