I referred to the "The Birds of HK ad South China" and came out the name I suggested. It is difficult to distinguish these two touch-legged buzzard and eastern buzzard. Any clues?
Appreciate Ichunfai for the prompt respond.

Rough-legged buzzard is larger, longer-winged, usually prominent dark patches across the belly and dark subterminal bar can be observed.
Inner primaries are usually more whitish, and sometimes you can observe the rough-legged feature (in good angles)which Eastern and Upland Buzzard do not have.

Good to learn some terms. Thanks again ichungfai.
BTW, how can I put back to the specified category from this Bird Identification? I asked but forgot the way.
