As the photo is not clear enough, but when you tune up the light, it shows grey beast and have a white wing bar at the wing, so I think it is a Oriental Magpie Robin, probably female or juvenile,,,,,!!

As you can see the White-eye ring,,,So it may be White-Shoulder Starling,,,,,!!^^

I'd agree that this is White-shouldered (Chinese) Starling [i]Sturnia sinensis[/i]. You can see the prominent white "shoulder" patch at the start of the video.
