I think it's a Two-barred Greenish Warbler.

Pale-legged/Sakhalin Leaf Warbler.
Similar to Two-barred Greenish but notice the grey head contrasting with the greenish upperparts. Also darkish bill with pale tip. And pale legs.
The HK Bird Report 1992 is a useful reference for warblers but taxonomic changes have made things a lot more complicated since then.
