Ask for ID
The first 2 photos are taken in Ho Man Tin (6-Dec-2015), the 3rd is taken in wetland park (15-Nov-2015)
I have no idea about the first as the photo is not clear and I am also a novice.
The 2nd seems to be Yellow-browed warbler.
Is the third a marsh sandpiper? or other species?

2 is probably yellow browed warbler and 3 is a marsh sandpiper.

Based more on experience of the area [I have a very similar photo from Ho Man Tin] I'd make a guess at a Red-Throated Flycatcher for photo-1.
