Wonder if it was too cold to take a dip.

Was noticeable that whenever there was a break in the cloud there would be an influx of birds during the day despite the cold.
Heavy rain... no birds... light rain or a break in the rain... a few birds
Also that thrushes were coming in to bathe after 5:00pm as soon as the light started dropping.
