Can somebody please help me confirm that these are both Crested Serpent Eagles.
One was seen at Kam Tin in late February and the other near Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve last Sunday. Sorry for the quality of the pictures and thanks for the help in advance.

Yes, same as Crested Serpent Eagle, the second one is replacing feather.
