Pallas's Reed or Common Reed Bunting?

This is the Common Reed Bunting previously posted by others from the same place/date. Note the chestnut/rufous lesser coverts which rule out Pallas's Reed Bunting (at least on currently accepted taxonomy).
It is an unusually small-billed bird likely a different race to the convex, rather bulbous-billed birds that we usually get in Hong Kong and which occur in reedbeds.
