I agree with Yellow-bellied Warbler for the first.
The second looks like a female Fire-breasted Flowerpecker.

The fire-breasted flowerpecker is also called buff-bellied, the official name in the HKBWS.I agree with flowerpecker. Nice shots!

The name of this bird is only Fire-breasted Flowerpecker.

Yes, but it was called "Buff-bellied Flowerpecker" in HK as late as the 2005-2006 Bird Report. The entry in the 2007-2008 was a transitional "Fire-breasted (Buff-bellied) Flowerpecker" with just "Fire-breasted Flowerpecker" from 2009-2010 onwards.
The older editions of Viney - and it's not unusual for the people I take out birding to have one of the older editions - refer to the species as Buff-bellied.
