These look more like Zitting Cisticola to me.
The supercilium is prominent and the crown heavily streaked. The mantle is fairly brownish, similar in colour to the nape and rump (so not much contrast in the upperparts - on Golden-headed the mantle is usually greyer). The tail is not particularly long.

The upper one is a bit more "golden" than usual, may be due to the sunset light and the background.
