大約在上午11:30看到一隻鵲鷂雄成鳥
由米埔起飛盤旋到高空後, 向北方飛走
Saw a Adult Male Pied Harrier at around 11:30 am, MP
It took off from MP and circled up high in the sky.
Then it flew north.
