I'd say Eastern Crowned Warbler even without seeing the crown, very pale whitish underparts with yellowish vents, also clean lower mendible that is uniformly orange. Bill shape also quite long.

First think of arctic warble because cannot see clearly the head.

Arctic Warbler will have much darker lower mendible, they also lack the yellowish vents.
