Running Dogs
Saw 3 running dogs in Gei Wai #7, around 16:30 26-Jan-2019
Not sure if they are owned by residents nearby

Thank you for reporting. As observed, we found that the dogs are active between the fish ponds and Gei Wais. We will patrol more frequently and communicate with the fish pond owner for further follow up.
