Name a new facility after Lew?

With major infrastructure work planned for Mai Po, an opportunity to name a facility after Lew?

Maybe I remember incorrectly, but I thought that Lew was opposed to the idea of naming parts of the reserve after people while he was manager of the site. If this is the case, then naming one of these new buildings after him would be entirely inappropriate.
