Great shot!
The male woodpecker seems to have a metal ring. Probably the individual we've ringed in March 2019.
Do you have more photos of it with different angles? And the location you found him if possible (we would like to know his home range).

Sorry, I just have a few photos of this angle as it flew away quickly. I've enlarged the region of the ring for your reference. Hope it can help!
I found the bird near the middle of the Red Trail.

3551y31445 though can't 100% confirm this is the bird ringed at TPK without any words could be read on the ring
