Black-tailed Godwit & Bar-tailed Godwit
Are the photos below correctly identified the two species?
The first two photos I would ID it as Black-tailed Godwit: according to "The Birds of Hong Kong and South China" ("BHKSC"), this bird has an elegant-long almost straight bill. Juvenile has breast washed pale cinnamon.
The lower two photos is Bar-tailed Godwit and according to BHKSC, the bird looks shorter-legged (I could not ID from the photos) and longer-billed than Black-tailed Godwit and the bill looks slightly upturned. Junvenile's neck and breast washed buff-brown.
All the photos were taken before 08:00 hours on 9 October 2020 at the sea side of Shen Zhen Bay Park, Shen Zhen.

These are both Black-tailed Godwits, a male above and a long-billed female below. The upperparts are rather plain, the feathers lacking the pale fringes shown by Bar-tailed Godwit.
